This property is perfect and the number one reason is because of the employees. Every single employee is attentive, knowledgeable, respectful, informative, and enjoys his/her job. We included the free breakfast - do this! Our wait person in the morning has been an employee at the Renaissance for 22 years. This is unheard of today and she was fabulous. The entire breakfast crew is commendable. The suggestions from our front desk person when we walked in were our favorite places to eat/see. We enjoyed the bartenders in the small bar at night. The pool and whirlpool were mostly empty so we used both every night - fabulous! The fitness center serves anyone’s needs while traveling. Self parking is the easiest I have encountered. it is obvious the employees love this hotel and Asheville and they want visitors to love their city, also.

The location is great and walkable to lots of restaurants and entertainment. The self-parking is secure and convenient. The room is comfortable and the beds are great. I had to make a late evening business call but not in my room (my wife was sleeping). No problem, the front desk attendant directed me to a quiet area by the meeting rooms where I would not disturb anyone, thanks!

hot tub, pool, and locker rooms. buffet breakfast. location good if able to walk a lot. but at least Uber trips were short. I like that you support bees and the environment. the housekeeping staff is nice.
